Wondering how your PTO Payment is put to work?

School Supplies

The PTO has bulk purchased all of the staff’s school supply lists. Our old method resulted in a significant amount of waste. This more exact purchasing has resulted in a cost reduction to you, our Hubbard Woods families. School supplies will be distributed by classroom teachers.

Teacher/Staff Gifts & Teacher Appreciation

In appreciation for all that our HW teachers and staff do, the PTO provides each teacher and staff member a generous gift card during the holiday season, as well as a week of lunches and goodies in the spring. This takes one less to-do off your list and provides uniformity across the teachers and staff.

Hubbard Woods PTO Donation

The HW PTO is the source that funds many meaningful additions to our school and our children's elementary school experience.

District 36 Central PTO Fee

Rather than the Central PTO collecting dues separately (as done previously), a portion of your PTO dues ($10 per student) will cover Central PTO expenses for services that are required for all District 36 PTOs: Directory Spot, insurance, and audit/accounting management, etc.
