Who we are

The Hubbard Woods PTO brings parents and teachers together to work on a wide array of initiatives that benefit the school, its students and their families.  

The PTO directly supports the teachers by organizing volunteers who serve in a room parent role, as well as recruiting volunteers to support the Art Room, Music Room and Resource Center.  

PTO volunteers coordinate key student offerings including picture day, yearbook, school supplies and spirit wear. The PTO also runs programs and events that improve the student experience, from managing a catered lunch program — to running long-treasured activities like World Travelers or the Month of Service.

Hubbard Woods School students look forward to annual traditions run by the PTO, from the Book Fair to Field Day, Fourth Grade Farewell and Mayfest. Teachers look forward to PTO traditions including Teacher Appreciation Week and the annual party for staff and parents. Thanks to these efforts, and more, the Hubbard Woods PTO creates a strong sense of community and an enhanced school experience.
