What is Mayfest?

Mayfest is Hubbard Woods’ annual outdoor carnival and one of our biggest PTO fundraisers of the year. Families enjoy games, inflatables, food, and our popular raffle while supporting the programs and experiences that make our school special.

100% of Mayfest proceeds go directly back to the school!

MAYFEST Online Raffle

Mayfest is our school’s largest annual fundraiser and we are asking for your generous support of our online raffle run ahead of event, which is made possible by donations from our very own Hubbard Woods School families and teachers/staff.

All raffle donor families are recognized in our Mayfest booklet.

You can support the online raffle in two ways: 

1. Sign-up to purchase a suggested raffle item(s) by clicking HERE.

2. No time to shop? Let the Mayfest Committee shop for you. Donate to the raffle HERE.

Event Sponsorship

Hubbard Woods families have the opportunity to sponsor a game and/or inflatable during the MAYFEST Carnival. Sponsorship opportunities range in cost from $150-$1,000. 

Want to co-sponsor a game/inflatable with another family? You can split the cost between multiple families!

The sponsoring family name(s) will be highlighted on a poster next to the game/inflatable.
