What is Mayfest?
Mayfest is Hubbard Woods’ annual outdoor carnival and one of our biggest PTO fundraisers of the year. Families enjoy games, inflatables, food, and our popular raffle while supporting the programs and experiences that make our school special.
100% of Mayfest proceeds go directly back to the school!
Mayfest Online Raffle - Now Open!
Please read the below instructions carefully to navigate the online raffle website. On the site, wherever you see the word “Prize”, think of that as a “Raffle Item”:
Use this website to access the raffle: https://mayfest2026.chance2win.org/
Click on the “GET TICKETS” button.
Select your desired ticket amount by clicking “Add to Cart”.
Click “I’m Ready to Select Prizes”. On the next page, you can search for all of the raffle prizes by category, listed in the raffle book.You must buy tickets AND select the raffle items IN THE SAME SESSION. You cannot checkout until all of your tickets are allocated.
You can access this website as many times as you like to purchase additional tickets to then allocate to items.
Click the “CHECKOUT” button on the top of the page.
At the top of the Check Out page, please fill in theCHILD NAME.
At checkout, if you change your mind after selecting prizes and/or want to remove an item from the cart, you must return to the raffle category page, find the raffle entry and adjust your ticket allocation by using the +/- buttons.
If possible, please do not use American Express as your form of payment at checkout - the merchant fees are much higher than other credit card options.
The raffle website closes on Friday, May 1st at Midnight. The raffle will NOT be open at the Carnival.
Winners will be announced LIVE at ~1:30/1:45pm at the event. Winners do not need to be present.

Mayfest Online Raffle Sponsorship
Mayfest is our school’s largest annual fundraiser and we are asking for your generous support of our online raffle run ahead of event, which is made possible by donations from our very own Hubbard Woods School families and teachers/staff.
All raffle donor families are recognized in our Mayfest booklet.
Raffle sponsorship is now closed. Thank you to participating sponsors! Stay tuned for more information to come about available raffle packages and purchasing raffle tickets.
Event Sponsorship
Hubbard Woods families have the opportunity to sponsor a game and/or inflatable during the MAYFEST Carnival on May 17th. Sponsorship opportunities are offered at a range of prices starting at $150 and can be split amongst multiple families.
The sponsoring family name(s) will be highlighted on a custom poster next to the game/inflatable.

Family sponsorship greatly helps us to offset expenses to host the Carnival event so thank you for your support!
