What is Mayfest?

Mayfest is Hubbard Woods’ annual outdoor carnival and one of our biggest PTO fundraisers of the year. Families enjoy games, inflatables, food, and our popular raffle while supporting the programs and experiences that make our school special.

100% of Mayfest proceeds go directly back to the school!

Wristbands and Raffle Tickets

The option to pre-purchase wristbands and raffle tickets is now closed.

 Individual tickets for games and food will also be available on the day of at the Ticket booth - a Zelle QR code and cash will be accepted. 

Carnival tickets and wristbands will be sent home from school on Thursday, May 14th. Please check backpacks - an envelope of wristbands/tickets will be sent home with ONE SIBLING per family and you must bring your tickets/wristbands to the event on Sunday!

Mayfest Online Raffle - Now Closed!

The raffle website closed on Friday, May 1st at Midnight. The raffle will NOT be open at the Carnival.

Winners will be announced LIVE at ~1:30/1:45pm at the event. Winners do not need to be present.

Event Sponsorship

Hubbard Woods families have the opportunity to sponsor a game and/or inflatable during the MAYFEST Carnival on May 17th. Sponsorship opportunities are offered at a range of prices starting at $150 and can be split amongst multiple families.

The sponsoring family name(s) will be highlighted on a custom poster next to the game/inflatable.

Family sponsorship greatly helps us to offset expenses to host the Carnival event so thank you for your support!
